Addressing Mental Health

Depression has hit an all time high in the US.  As of now 32% of the population has depression (27% before the pandemic).  Worldwide about 5% have depression(.39 billion).  A large number of these cases are low income people.  There are many ways of handling depression, like medication, and learning how to use coping skills.  The first step to combat depression is to see your doctor and go from there.
